Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://gltepainting.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. GLTE Painting reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, GLTE Painting markets and arranges Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Drywall Repair, Roman Clay Finishing, Lime Wash Painting, Cabinet Painting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. GLTE Painting (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GLTE Painting makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, GLTE Painting's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify GLTE Painting against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by CA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in CA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. GLTE Painting may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
